About Our Client

The client is a growing Indian startup aiming to deliver innovative Apnaa local for enterprises and end-users — offering digital tools that enhance communication, engagement, and productivity.

Challenge

The client envisioned a unified platform to provide multiple value-added digital services such as subscription management, customer engagement, and digital assistance. However, their initial operations were disconnected and manual:

  • Service activation and subscription management were handled through separate tools, causing delays and data mismatches.
  • Customer interaction channels were limited, leading to poor engagement and user retention.
  • Reporting and analytics were fragmented, making it difficult to measure performance.
  • No centralized admin control existed to manage services, users, or partner integrations.
  • Scalability and automation were key roadblocks in enabling rapid business growth.

Solution

HKCS was selected as the end-to-end technology partner due to its experience in developing scalable digital platforms with secure architecture and robust automation.

HKCS proposed a custom-built VAS Platform that centralized service management, enhanced automation, and enabled multi-channel digital engagement.
